In May I was contacted by musician and poet Alabaster de Plume and asked if I would interpret one of the pieces he’d written for a new project he was engaged in. I made three pen and ink drawings interpreting his poem ‘I don’t want the world today’, which were shown in Bristol at the launch in July.

My exhibition at VAC (Visual Arts Cheshire) Gallery in Northwich was well received by a new audience. I sold three mixed media works and several prints of my pen and ink drawings. A big thank you to Emma Thackham for inviting me to exhibit and to Alan Carr and the VAC team.
