My weekend work…Thought I’d try casting the faces of some Action Man figures. I’ve been keeping them in a box in my studio for several years now and thought I’d better let them see daylight for a while at least.

Made some molds using DAS clay

Heated up some lead on a ladle using a blow torch (mask firmly in place) and made some casts of the Action Man faces

‘Draw Your Own Conclusions’ and ‘Go Figure’

I’ve three pen and ink drawings and three soft sculptures in Art with a Heart’s first exhibition of the year ‘Draw your own Conclusions and Go Figure’.

The gallery is situated in the town centre at 82-84 George Street Altrincham and the exhibition runs fro 14th January to 1st March 2015, opening times are Wednsday to Sunday 10am to 5pm.
